​​Copenhagen is Denmark's capital city with an urban population of over 1.2 million people and is a major center for science, medicine and business. 

Copenhagen has attractions and sights to suit every taste and interest – most of them are within walking distance. The three most famous attractions in the city are the more than 100-year old amusement park,  Tivoli Gardens, the statue of The Little Mermaid, and the freetown of Christiania. With a history that dates back to 1043, Copenhagen has a lot to offer; the city is full of historic landmarks, significant buildings and interesting sights and museums. Be sure to visit the Amalienborg Palace, home to the royal family or just spend the day strolling down the popular shopping street Stroget.​

 Copenhagen- The Bike City

Copenhageners love their bikes. Cycling is enjoyed rain or shine by a large portion of the population - even top politicians ride their bike every day to parliament. Only 29% of households in Copenhagen own a car a​​nd there are more bikes than inhabitants in Copenhagen; to cover this need the city of Copenhagen provides over 454 kilometres of cycle tracks and traffic lights that are coordinated in favour of cyclists during rush hour while motorists sit in tailbacks, cyclists sweep through the city.​
